But isn’t this what the cold does to all of us?
Makes us miss someone’s warmth.

Summer Chill.

The fall reminds me of you.
Even more so: the sudden chill in the middle of summer.
So hot & suddenly cold in a way I never could wrap my head around.
Even now, I have a hard time deciding
whether to appreciate the breeze
or miss the warmth.
